Engage the minds of young people by starting a reading group.  You may want to choose a theme such as a mother/daughter group, a horse lovers' group, or a mystery lovers' group.

Fun Stuff to Do

Eye of Truth
Field trips to a horse ranch or horse show would be fun.  Otherwise invite in speakers from 4-H clubs, horse farms or competitors in horse shows.  

Thirty Pieces of Silver
Research Wyoming and/or Australia on the internet or through books or view travel videos.  Consider pen pals or inviting speakers in.

Deliver Us From Evil
Invite the humane society to come in and speak, or go there.  Many humane societies welcome volunteers to walk dogs, etc.

Lead Us Not Into Temptation
Visit a reptile museum or arrange for a reptile program.

Wolves in Sheep's Clothing
Arrange a trip to a nursing home where students may pair up with residents.  Marvelous things may happen.
